Potomac Pilates offers several monthly membership options for unlimited classes to suite your preferences and your budget.

Unlimited Monthly Contract Options:

• Monthly Unlimited $299
• Includes all Potomac Pilates classes
• Limit two classes per day


• Unlimited Month of Pilates $199
• Includes all Pilates classes, but not BeyondBarre classes
• Limit one class per day


• Unlimited Month of BeyondBarre $149
• Includes all BeyondBarre classes, but not Pilates classes
• Limit one class per day


• Unlimited Month of Happy Hour $139
• 'Happy Hour' includes classes that begin between 1pm and 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
• Exclusive to the Potomac Pilates Happy Hour classes, both Pilates Happy Hour and BeyondBarre Happy Hour
• Limit one class per day

To purchase an unlimited membership agreement:

• Log in to our Online Store & Scheduler
• Click the "Online Store" tab in the upper right corner
• Select Contracts within the grey tool bar
• Select your preferred contract
• Check the box that states you agree to the terms of the contract & 'Make Purchase'

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Monthly memberships require a 3 month minimum commitment.
• AutoPay: The package amount will be automatically paid on the billing date monthly by the credit card kept on file.
• AutoRenewal: The membership will automatically renew each month you cancel the contract.
• Cancellation: A written notice is required 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle to cancel the membership.
• Freeze: Clients are permitted to freeze the membership once per 6-months. Additional Freezes are permitted at $25 per freeze.
• You will be required to sign a waiver that removes all liability from Potomac Pilates, Inc. and instructors.
• An 8 hour cancellation notice is required. This is to avoid any cancellation charges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If you are a no show for any class you sign up for, you will be charged a NO SHOW charge of $15.
• A valid credit card, phone number and email address is required to book a class.
• Monthly membership will be automatically renewed each month through electronic funds transfer.
• All unlimited packages run 31-days from the first class taken within the package.
• Memberships may start and stop at any time and run for 31-days from the FIRST class taken within the package.
• To cancel your membership an email must be submitted to info@potomacpilates.net 30-days PRIOR to your renewal date.
• All classes must be prepaid.
• Potomac Pilates accepts Visa, Master Card & AmEx via the online scheduler.
• Instructors for class are subject to change without notice.
• Gift Certificates available.
• All sales are final. Sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
