If you purchase the first month unlimited on or before the day of your first class the first month
Unlimited Monthly is only $99 (regular price $349).
This package allows clients to take ANY classes offered by Potomac Pilates (with a limit of one class per day).
This offer is only valid for clients new to Potomac Pilates as of July 1, 2011*.

You will need to create an on-line account. Credit card information will be needed in accordance with our 8 hour cancelation policy.

• Choose a class from any Level 1 - Beginner Pilates or BeyondBarre Classes
• Look toward the lower half of the screen where it says "Is this your first time?" and follow these steps to sign up
• Fill in all of the required information
• What kind of series do you want? "All Classes"
• Which series or membership would you like? "New Client Unlimited Monthly"

Please bring in this client registration & health history form to your first class .

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You will be required to sign a waiver that removes all liability from Potomac Pilates
• Potomac Pilates follows an 8-hour cancellation Policy.
• You will authorize Potomac Pilates to charge the credit card on file for No Shows. A No Show charge occurs when you miss a class that you are scheduled for and fail to notify Potomac Pilates of your cancellation, resulting in the loss of the class credit as well as an additional $15 No Show charge
• All clients new to Potomac Pilates are required to take at least one Level 1 class. Instructor approval is required before progressing into more advanced classes.
• The 31-days of classes starts on the first day of class attended (not the date of the purchase)..
• Client has full usage of Potomac Pilates class offering, but is limited to one class per day.
• Potomac Pilates accepts Visa, Master Card & AmEx via the online scheduler.
• Instructors for class are subject to change without notice.
• Gift Certificates available.
• All sales are final. Sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

*'New Clients' are qualified as someone who's first visit is on or after July 1, 2011, or clients that have not taken more than three classes between June 1, 2009 and July 1, 2011
