CAN I TAKE A GROUP CLASS IF I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING INJURY?
With a doctor's approval, you may take any Level 1 class offered. From there, your instructor will work with you to determine the best class for you. Make sure you briefly talk with your instructor before the class about any injuries/restrictions you may have. If you have a more serious condition, we may be able to offer private sessions. These can be scheduled when group classes are not taking place.

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TAKE CLASSES TO SEE RESULTS?
The majority of our clients take 2-3 classes a week. Of course, the more often you come, the faster you will see results.
We recommend 2-3 classes a week to maintain your current body shape and 3-4 classes a week plus cardio activity to see changes.
It is okay to take Pilates and BeyondBarre classes daily. Pilates provides the benefits of strength training; however, unlike
traditional weight training, Pilates also focuses on breathing, alignment,
stretching and mindfulness. Pilates does not break down muscle in the
same way regular strength training does, making it a safe, daily
exercise.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for a class if you do not cancel 8 hours in advance. Additionally, we ask that you please call us even if it is less than 8-hours prior to the start of the class. As most of our classes have a waitlist, this ensures that we have plenty of time to fill the
slot and give other clients the opportunity to take the class. Learn more about our policies by clicking here.
