ABOUT POTOMAC PILATES
Potomac Pilates is a contemporary Pilates Studio located in the Potomac Tennis Club. We focus on the main principles developed by Joseph Pilates, in order to emphasize core strength. Pilates works by strengthening and stretching out bulky muscles while toning and balancing the strength of the smaller muscle groups.
The Pilates method of exercise is safe and gentle on the body, making it an effective workout for people of all ages. Pilates works to create tone and definition in your body while it also helps to relieve back pain, neck tension and improve posture.
